Frequently asked questions
Do Free resellers still show up in search?
Yes. Every approved reseller — Free, Pro, or Business — is fully searchable by location and appears in the directory. A paid plan adds extra features and a small visibility boost, but it never hides or removes Free resellers from search.
Does a paid plan guarantee I'll rank first?
No. Location relevance, profile completeness, and ratings are always the biggest factors in ranking. Pro and Business add a modest visibility boost among otherwise similar results, but a reseller who's actually closer to the customer will still typically outrank a paid one who's far away.
What happens to my Marketplace listings if I downgrade or my subscription expires?
Your existing listings are kept — nothing is deleted. You just won't be able to add new active listings past your new plan's limit (0 for Free, 30 for Pro) until you're back within it or you upgrade again.
Does the 30-listing limit on Pro count sold or hidden items?
No. Only currently active listings (Available or Reserved) count toward the 30-listing limit. Items marked Sold or Hidden don't take up a slot.
